Several members of the Peoria North Rotary Club pitched in recently to help a local West Valley food bank. On August 26 and 27, Shelly Clifford, Mike Clifford, Darlene Eger, and Margaret Fried helped out with the Saint Mary’s Food bank at the Glendale system of Care in Glendale. They were packing food boxes on Tuesday and then on Wednesday helped distribute food boxes out to the families. There were 369 households and 1,809 individuals served during that period. The campus of care is also the location of the club's annual prom closet event.
