Club members ring in the New Year!
Member of The Rotary Club of Peoria North celebrated the start of the new year by living up to the fifth "unofficial" pledge in the Rotary Four-Way Test -- and that is to "make it fun!" Steve and Maria Matthews hosted a New Year's Eve party on Dec. 31 and club members rang in the new year in fine fashion! Festivities included food and drinks -- and a special Gingerbread Man and Woman decorating contest pitting the men against women. Despite the best efforts of the men, the women's Gingerbread creation was judged best by all those in attendance.
