Three members of Peoria North Rotary Club attended the Jan. 26 Rotary Leadership Institute held at Devry Institute at Westgate Center in Glendale. From left, Marcia Bouton, Belinda Moore and Bret McKeand attended the program, which provides leadership training into Rotary practices and operations. The three-part program ends with a short graduation ceremony for those who have completed all three segments. Marcia attended her first course on Jan. 26, while Belinda and Bret attended their final class and earned their RLI certificates and pins.
