Wine-Pairing Fundraiser a SUCCESS!

The Rotary Club of Peoria North joined forces with Arizona Broadway Theater to host its first-ever West Valley Wine-Pairing Event Feb. 12 at the theater. Over 60 people attended the event and enjoyed several wine samples along with an elegant four-course meal prepared by Chef Erik Angelo. All proceeds benefit the Rotary Club and the theater's children's performing arts programs. The club is especially appreciative of the efforts of five members responsible for creating and organizing the event: From left, Ted Friedman, Belinda and John Moore, Maria and Steve Matthews. A second event is tentatively planned for this fall.
