Police Chief joins Peoria North Rotary

Peoria Police Chief Roy W. Minter was inducted into the Peoria North Rotary Club during the club's June 17 meeting at Arizona Broadway Theater. The police chief spoke to the club in May and was so impressed with the club, its members and its service projects that he decided to become a full-fledged member.
