Peoria North Rotary Club welcomes its newest member, Marcia Bouton. Marcia was officially inducted at the club's Sept. 5 meeting. After a brief ceremony conducted by President John Moore, Past President Bret McKeand officially presented Marcia with her Rotary pin. Martha is a physician's assistant. She lives in Peoria, is married and the mother of two. Welcome Marcia!!
